Rebecca Bailey Has been a Hair Stylist for 14 years. She recieved her cosmetology license from Illusion School of Design and got her first job as a Barber while going to College. After finshing college she moved back to her home town Gloucester, VA and starting working for Hair Cuttery in Yorktown, VA. Through the years Rebecca has worked as a stylist at Best Cuts as well as being promoted to Manager for Smart Styles family Hair salon located inside the Gloucester Walmart. After building her clientele to a exceeding amount of people she found the confidence to venture on her own. She specializes in color technique, specialty styles, and barbering.
